Our Services
COLLABORATION
To provide end to end facilitated process for organisations seeking to Collaborate. Broker Collaborations with key stakeholders, support the formation of sustainable and effective services in the Third Sector.
FACILITATION
The aim of Facilitation is to engage with boards and executive teams to help them think through the collaborative working process and the related planning issues from a collective perspective.
Who we work with
CHARITIES
We work with charity boards and management on their governance and the potential to Collaborate.
FUNDING BODIES
We provide government and independent funding organisations with Collaboration strategies.
GOVERNMENT
We work with HSE and Section 38 & 39 organisations, Education, DSP, ETB and other governmental and semi state organisations.
SOCIAL ENTERPRISE
We help organisations develop a social economy strategy and for start up social enterprises to grow.
